SAN – Styrene-Acrylonitrile

SAN is a thermoplastic copolymer based on styrene and acrylonitrile, valued for its high transparency, rigidity, surface gloss and good chemical resistance. It offers better thermal stability and chemical resistance than standard polystyrene, while maintaining excellent processability in injection moulding and extrusion. It is used for housewares, containers, transparent items, household appliance components, cosmetics, technical packaging and industrial applications.
